Lyn Benavides

Lyn Fulwider Benavides has concentrated on criminal defense and parental rights for 17 years.  She is skilled at negotiating a fair settlement in a case. She is equally at home in front of a jury, arguing and advancing her client’s defense.  Lyn has a B.A. in English from the University of Dallas, a B.A. in Music from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Ronald Gabriel Benavides

Ronald Gabriel Benavides has practiced in the state and federal courts of Wisconsin for 16 and a half years. He is certified for homicide defense by the Wisconsin State Public Defender. He is on the Criminal Justice Act attorney panels for the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin. He a member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Federal Defender Program. He co-authored “Critical Terms in Criminal Proceedings,” a glossary of critical terms in Spanish and English that explains in simple terms complex legal concepts. He holds a BA in English from the University of Dallas, an AM in English from the University of Chicago, a Ph.D. in Medieval English Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Attorney Benavides has represented defendants in approximately 60 jury trials in state and federal courts.
